Warranty and Returns

Shipping Damage
Any shipping damage must be reported to the delivery service that brought you the parcel immediately, and then also reported to support@oblotzky.industries. The time limit for damage reports is usually 7 days, so any claim must be submitted before this deadline.

Warranty

All products sold by Oblotzky Industries are covered by the European standard two year warranty. Please contact support@oblotzky.industries if an item you received is incomplete or not functioning correctly. I will do my best to find a solution to your problem, either by sending out replacement parts or troubleshooting remotely. If the issue cannot be resolved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item, and be fully refunded once it has been received. Shipping cost for warranty claims are paid for by Oblotzky Industries.

Returns
If you wish to return an item for no specific reason, you may do so within fourteen days of having received it. To be eligible for a full refund, you must return the item in its original condition, original packaging and all included accessories to Oblotzky Industries. The refund will be processed once received and inspected by Oblotzky Industries. It is recommended to use a tracked and insured postal service. Shipping cost for returns are paid for by the customer.
